出貨2-3個工作天內，下單成功和出貨後都會收到信件，如需追蹤物流情況，請私訊Instagram 提供訂單截圖或是訂單編號。

I regularly update my works on Instagram and this website, with sales starting simultaneously.

Currently, I only ship within Taiwan via convenience store pickup or home delivery.  

For international shipping, please DM me on Instagram to confirm availability.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification.  

For package tracking, DM me on Instagram with your order confirmation screenshot or order number. You’ll also receive a text notification upon delivery.

Yes! However, only for designs I’ve made before. 

Since custom orders depend on material availability, DM me on Instagram to discuss the details.  

Custom pieces typically take 14–30 business days to complete. Rush orders are currently not accepted.
